For instance you can use the ball for overall abdominal training. Like you can combine that with an exercise like a crunch. To turn the crunch into an excercise ball routine, simply drape yourself over the ball. Starting out by positioning the ball under your middle/lower back. Cross your arms over your chest. Draw in your abs to lift your upper torso off the ball. Point the bottom of you ribcage bottom toward your hips. Lower and allow the abs to extend Repeat for 12-15 reps.
