Exercises for Women
When discussing exercises for women three problem areas come to mind.
Thunder thighs.
Saggy rumps.
Jiggly underarms.
The good news is toning, fat burning
Exercises for Women Comes Down to a Few Simple Moves
Picture perfect buns can be yours. Really. With lunges, squats and leg scissors.
|
For lunges - stand at attention. Your back straight, arms at your sites, feet together. Step your left foot forward while bending your right knee to the floor as you step.
Don't get carried away at first. A set of 10 is a good start. Add squats and rear leg scissors to this routine and you're on your way to gorgeous glutes
Lunges are also good thigh toners. They firm up the front thigh muscles. Throw in leg extensions and leg curls (lying, standing, or seated) and you're on your way to shapelier thighs

Finally, is that area under your upper arm so flabby it jiggles?
Okay. Sexy sculptured under arms coming right up.
Cindy Crawford does these.
Get a chair from the dining table. Stand as though you were going to sit down. Lower your body and put your hands on the side of the seat - towards the front. Lower yourself until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle. Push up and straighten your arms. These "backwards push ups" work that underarm muscle. No discussion of exercises for women would be complete without mentioning them. Since they can tone that underarm area nicely.
Girl, we've all got problem areas. Luckily there are exercises for women that can help. With a bit of dedication, in a few weeks you can wave good-bye to your sagging rump, thunder thighs and flabby arms.
