Two Exercises - Resistance Bands

We learned that resistance training bands offer ability to go anywhere workout anywhere. But what about more specific exercises? Resistance exercise bands let you do workouts such as these two.


Exercises - Resistance Bands

Exercise Resistance Bands - Triceps Tone Up
Stand, with one foot slightly ahead and the other slightly back - no more than 18 inches apart. Stand on one end of the exercise resistance band. Grab onto the other end with both hands. Being with your hand behind your head, palms up, arms bent at the elbows. Get the picture? Straighten out your arms, keeping your elbows next to your ears/head stretching the resistance band.

Hold it thousand one thousand two.

Return to the starting position. Shoot for 10 reps.

Great way to use an exercise resistance band to work the back of those arms.

Exercise Resistance Band - Pump Those Quads
This time put one end of the exercise resistance band around your left ankle. Get on your belly.

Grabbing the handle with both hand bend your left leg so your foot is near your rear end. Remember to keep your hand above your head, your elbows on the floor, and knees together throughout this movement.

Now extend your left leg until it touches the floor. Making sure to keep your thigh on the floor. Hold it thousand one thousand two. Relax and return to the start position. Again 10 reps each leg should do it.

Another killer exercises resistance bands workout. Only this one hits the front of your thighs.
