Another of the exercises to slim and tone thighs is the Step Lunge. Quick and simple to do. Step back (with one leg) and lower yourself until the thigh in front is parallel to the floor. Stand back up straight and repeat for five reps each leg. Then do five squats going down until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Do this after breakfast and after dinner every day. Guaranteed to improve your walk away view. You know the view from the rear others get as you walk away? As it will shape and nicely tone your butt and thighs. Not specifically one of the exercises to slim inner thighs, but it covers the general area.
