With your right knee on the floor, tighten your abs to stabilize your upper body (and work the abs just a bit). Extend your left leg out just enough so you're the inside of your left foot touches the foot. Lift your left leg about 8 inches or hip high and parallel t the floor. Maintain balance with the hand on your hip. Hold it then lower slowly. Do 10-20 reps on each side. I believe this is one of the best way to slim thighs and tone your thighs.
