Two More Free Ab Excercises

These two free ab excercises should help round out your collection of exercises for reducing abdominal fat.


You can do this first one at the office.

From the edge of your chair, back straight, empty your lungs. At the same time suck in your abs as tightly as you can. Like you're trying to have your spine and belly button hook up. Hold for 30 seconds while breathing normally through your nose. Release. Relax for 30 seconds and then start all over again.

Do this five times. Working up to sucking it up for 60 seconds.
Then here's a variation of that which you can also do at office. Just close the door to your office?

Stand with legs spread about shoulder width apart. Bend your knees. Slide your hips forward so you're in a slumped position. With your hands behind your head contract your ab muscles, exhaling as you do for a count of five.

Remain in this position and repeat this standing crunch 10-15 times.

Do these Monday Wednesday and Friday.

Combine them with the lower abdominal excercises from the previous page along with the best ab excercises and before you know it you'll have toned, well-defined, eye catching abs.
