Two More Free Ab ExcercisesThese two free ab excercises should help round out your collection of exercises for reducing abdominal fat.
Stand with legs spread about shoulder width apart. Bend your knees. Slide your hips forward so you're in a slumped position. With your hands behind your head contract your ab muscles, exhaling as you do for a count of five. Remain in this position and repeat this standing crunch 10-15 times. Do these Monday Wednesday and Friday.
