More Hip Reducing Exercises
We just looked at two hip reducing exercises for the stability ball. Namely the ball leg lift and side-ways leg scissors. These near pilates exercise moves will help slim your hips and tone your thighs

Here another exercise to reduce hips and thighs. On the Ball Floor Squat Lie with your back draped on the exercise ball, knees bent and supporting your head with your fingers.. Roll forward against the ball bending at the knees until your bottom almost touches the floor. Hold. Exhale and roll back up. Finally here's one that works the thighs but uses a smaller ball. |
