Back Wall Crawl Tthis one works out your legs, inner thighs and glutes. Helping things to shape up nicely. Simple lean against a wall, count to 10 and squat down as counting until your thighs are parallel to the floor. The raise back up at the same rate. Keep your back straight and against the wall. Do five - 10 reps and you'll feel it working. Ball Squeeze Use any kids basketball sized play ball. Place it between your thighs. Squeeze then relax. Squeeze then relax for 10-20 reps. Deep Door Squats to reduce thighs/hips Open your bedroom door and stand facing it's edge so you can see both doorknobs. With your legs shoulder width apart put that kids play ball behind you. Extend your arms and grab hold of a doorknob with each hand for balance. Again count to 10 and squat down until your rear end just touches the ball - don't sit on it. Hold that position. Then raise up to the standing position to the same count of 10. Again five to 10 reps. Try it. You'll find this routine is a good answer to the question "How to reduce the size of my hips?" Of course a couple of these used a kids ball. Then how about some exercises to slim your hips that use a more fitting fitness stability ball?
