• Lay on the floor, legs perpendicular to the ground knees slightly bent.
• Place your arms next to you on the floor.
• Pull your knees in towards your chest until they're bent to 90 degrees while keeping your head and shoulders flat against the floor. Lower slowly and repeat for 10-15 reps.
To maximize this movement, squeeze your abdominals until you feel the burn.
Phew! Exercises like this will blast lower abs and help produce maximum results in minimum time. Or stronger, sleeker and more toned abdominals. Especially if you skip the donut routine.
