In addition, fat-free food labels are not always accurate. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says that if a food has less than one-half gram of fat per serving, then the food can be called fat-free. Yet alas, the FDA is lenient in determining what's a "serving". Food companies can use this leniency to call their product pure fat "fat-free" when it may not be. They simply take advantage of the definition of serving size. Moral of the story? If you're looking at getting rid of cellulite, you're often better off eating a little of the full fat serving rather than a full "serving" of the so called fat-free food.
