Spinning Workout Problems
Spinning workouts are a great way to get your cardio in. Besides bike riding burning calories go hand in hand. Just not so much if it leaves you in pain. Which it shouldn't do.

Often many new to spinning will complain of a sore rear end after the first few spinning class. Solution? The special padding found in bike shorts and/or gel seats. That extra padding can fix this.
If not then look to the seat. Since most post workout discomfort stems from improper saddle or seat placement.
But before we check that out, make sure your seat is at the right height for YOU. Look to see how your knees are at the bottom of the stroke pedal. They should be slightly bent. Are they?

Pain in the butt (or crotch area)

Burning calories bike riding or spinning is a great way to burn fat too. But not if it hurts you. Hope this help.
