Let me guess. You're trying to compare yoga verses Pilates? You know to see which is best fit for you? Well there's more to both than what some Hollywood types might have you believe. But if you're looking for specifics, here are some ways yoga verses Pilates are similar and different.


Both yoga and Pilates are mind-body conditioning. Both emphasize deep breathing along with smooth, long movements that encourage your muscles to relax and lengthen.
